Educated in NYS, Felix, an Honor Roll and Dean's List member, received his Bachelor's degree from the State University College at Buffalo, NY.
Having completed four years' employment with local museums while attending college, upon graduation Felix became the Curator at the Buffalo Historical Society. Responsible for the Education program, Felix developed and coordinated off-site programs, museum tours and volunteer docent programs.
A career change put him in the banking business, progressing from the Loan Servicing & Loan Origination Departments to the holding company's Merger & Acquisitions Operations Group. This is what brought Felix to Florida, directing the Planning & Operations of the acquired entities.
Desiring to continue his Florida lifestyle, Felix moved from St.
Petersburg to Orlando where he joined another banking firm as Vice President
of Retail Banking Operations. In 1989, Felix moved to the real estate
business beginning his career with a one-man firm. Soon, he moved his
license to Coldwell Banker Real Estate and continued his association with
this firm even as he moved his residency to Sarasota in 1998. Since arriving
he has become associated with Michael Saunders and Company where he continues his
practice as one of its top agents.
Felix has has achieved “Powerful Real Estate Experience” and continues to provided
top notch professional service to his clients.
